核酸化学及核酸功能材料的开发与医学应用,主要包括:新型核酸药物递送系统的开发、抗病毒核酸纳米药物的创制、非天然核酸药物化学与疾病治疗的应用。研究成果在国内外期刊上发表论文20余篇,包括Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.Chem. Rev.Acc. Mater. Res.Adv. Funct. Mater.Biosens. Bioelectron.iScienceACS Appl. Mater. Interfaces等。
