Research Interests
Reaction engineering, Chemical process coupling, Novel catalytic materials.
Exploiting new strategies for constructing adjacent multiple interface active sites for the tandem catalytic upgrading of biomass to efficiently achieve low-carbon synthesis of crucial oxygen/nitrogen-containing organic chemical intermediates.
Process coupling of CO2 and biomass comprehensive utilization based on anionic 2D nanomaterial to achieve negative-carbon synthesis of organic ketone/acid intermediates while converting low-concentration CO2 in the air or industrial flue gas into synthesis gas under light irradiation.
Integrating the low-temperature water-gas shift reaction with the water removal process to reduce the energy consumption in key dehydration unit operation and improving product quality on a greater scale.
Aiming at the thermal management for heterogeneous catalysis systems and combining the interface engineering to address the non-linear matching issue between reaction heat and heat transfer in catalytic micro-regions.
