Research Interests

Controlled Assembly and Biological Applications of Biomacromolecule — Biomacromolecule self-assembly, Nucleic acid drugs creation, drug delivery systems development.

1) Nucleic acid drugs and their delivery systems, 2) functional DNA assembly systems and their applications in biomedicine, 3) Gene therapy for tumors and rare diseases

  • Focusing on the controlled assembly and biological application of nucleic acids, we develop a series of nucleic acid molecular material systems by fully integrating the precise control of chemical structure and the biological function of nucleic acid molecules.

  • Using the developed nucleic acid assembly systems, we constructed nucleoside analogue integrated nucleic acid nanomedicine for cancer gene therapy and antiviral therapy.
