Research Interests

Functional Materials— Synthesis, Gas Sensing, Catalysis.

  • Material Synthesis. We devote ourselves to the study of the properties and behaviors of metal oxide semiconductors, including ZnO, WO3, MoO3, SnO2, Fe2O3, BiVO4. The aforementioned nanomaterials with different morphologies were synthesized by hydrothermal, microwave, ultrasonic and electrospinning methods. To improve the catalytic and sensing properties, the oxides were further modified via doping heteroatoms, constructing heterojunctions, hybridizing with organic semiconductors, reduced graphene oxides, etc.
