From November 8th to 10th, 2024, the School of Chemistry at Beijing University of Chemical Technology participated in the "Sustainable Green Chemical Engineering (Taiyuan) Academic Forum," hosted by the Shanxi Institute of the Huairou Laboratory. The Shanghai Key Laboratory of Green Chemistry and Process Greenization of East China Normal University, the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Quzhou Resource Chemical Innovation Institute, and experts from Sinopec Group also attended the conference to discuss the latest research achievements and development trends in the field of green chemical engineering.
The forum was co-chaired by Professor Li Jinping, Vice President of the Shanxi Institute of the Huairou Laboratory, Professor Lu Yong, Deputy Director of the National Key Laboratory of Molecular Transformation and Reaction Engineering in Petrochemicals, Professor Song Yufly, Director of the State Key Laboratory of Chemical Resource Utilization at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Professor Wei Wei, Vice President of the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Researcher Zhong Liangshu from the Shanghai Advanced Research Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.
